The Happiest

It needs a clean heart. yes, that's what I discovered after 23 years. The clean doesn't mean empty, doesn't mean no emotions, doesn't mean no worries. It means cleanliness in pursuing all what it wants. What does the cleanliness means: It's the triumph over sorrows. It means an honest answer to every question posed by your heart to you. The impurity is dishonesty with yourself not with anyone else; and the cleanliness is inner confession for your deeds. Yes the victorious heart. Heart is not a physical organ but when it pains its more than any pain. When it laughs its more than any giggle. When it flies its above infinity. That's the power of a clean heart. It's not true that if I run thousand miles a second I will be able to convert myself into wind; but its equally true that it takes a clean heart to make this feat true. It can happen.

It will take a lot more years for many of us to understand what the above sentences means. But its true that each one of us will encounter this bliss. I am proud to be an Indian and inheriting the great Indian Culture. The " Bhagavad-Gita" is the best book one can always refer. It teaches you the most righteous way of living. Yes it does cleansing of heart. At the same time it's not the book and not the culture but it's the individuals thought process which originates from within and grows.

maktub...

Is it maktub??? Or is it choosen?? Is it a decided move?? or is it decided to move that way???

What's the point in discussing all this?? If you dont want to have faith anywhere!!!
It's for those who wait and watch and pray !!!
It's not for me who defies the almighty and decided to move on himself.

Soooo far...So Good. So numb...turning deaf.

So many languages colliding on the poor thin "curtain of my ear". (in marathi we call it kaanacha parda :) also known as tympanic membrane: see the diagram).
Local residents of Bangalore are referred to as Bangaloreans. While Kannadigas accounted for 38.77% of the population, sizable minorities from Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra exist. Kannada, the official language of the state of Karnataka, is widely spoken in Bangalore, as are Tamil, Telugu, Tulu, Malayalam and Hindi. Outsiders from MS, Delhi,Guj, Bengali, etc. etc.. found everywhere.
When so many languages collide on tympanic membrane, it's but natural you turn deaf to sounds.
So sick that I have started classifying abstract sounds like vehicle horns, cow's "Hummma", mixer/grindner noise, as if they belong to kannada, tamil, telugu, tulu, malayalam, hindi, marathi, bengali etc. Even when someone speaks in marathi my mothertongue.... system takes few seconds to load that decoder. The default decoder is Hindi or English. Adding to this frustation is German language. Every alternate document on my desktop is in German... which is far from reach of any present decoder. It does very good job of disturbing my visual perception of language and spellings [ thanks that I not in china... cant imagine].
Hope I turn normal soon, otherwise for the sake of "curtain of my ear" I will have to think of moving out.

First cool morning at Bangalore... after a lot of Bhagam Bhag...

Finally got the right place, Robert Bosch, Bangalore and I welcomed the offer by joining yesterday only. Thanks to Adithi [HR consultant at Bangalore]. Its only because of her. She called at right time and coordinated very well. Now I am satisfied with this job and has no doubts in mind while joining here. First day at Bangalore came with lots of excitement and surprise.

The things happened so dynamically over last weekend, that every situation was realtime & having very higher priority. I left Pune on 1st March with clear intention of joining Patni, Bangalore [with lots of doubts in mind... but somewhere the feeling was lingering that something will happen and the fate will change ]. I decided to stay at home from 2nd to 8th March and then at Pune on 9th-11th march. Leaving Pune on 11th I decided to join PCS on 12th. I did all the reservations from Pune and went back to home.

01-Mar-07: Left Pune by 8:30PM for Katol

02-Mar-07: At home by 1:00 PM. Decided to collect my degree certificate and to visit my Mama's place Hinganghat.

03-Mar-07: At home ...leisurely... Holi day.. Adithi Called to schedule Robert Bosch telephonic interview. Decided to give it on 5th march.

04-Mar-07: At home ...leisurely... Celebrated RangPanchami with Gulal only.

05-Mar-07: Left katol early in morning 8:30 PM. The Robert Bosch telephonic interview was scheduled at 11 AM. So decided to give once I reach nagpur. Gave Bosch telephonic, went well. Later started for Umrer, UCOE for collecting degree certificate. After collecting degree went to Bhau's Tapari at bypass road, where we used to have chai and poha. Bhau was happy to know about placement of all of us. Adithi called to arrange face to face interview with Bosch. Now real trouble started of molding plans. I decided to take the chance. Went to Hinganghat, my Mama's place. It was after 6 years I went there. There visited all relatives, and finally decided to rush to bangalore as suggested by aai and soni.

06-Mar-07:Came to Nagpur from Hinganghat, Called Suresh, and its because of him i managed to do all reservations again, We went lot of here and there for re-scheduling travels and re air ticketing. Also purchased some books from famous book stalls at nagpur. Left for Katol by 7:30 pm.

07-Mar-07: Went to my father's place "Yenwa", our gaon. Came back to katol by 10:30Am, By that time soni reached home from hyderabad. She got her first salary and she got fabulous gifts for us. Titan Watches for mom and dad and necktie for me. Had lunch and left for nagpur at 4:30 pm. Saini Travels 7:00 pm left nagpur by 8:30 pm.

08-Mar-07: Very frustrating journey, I was feeling like bullock cart will go fast than this Saini Travels. Very slowly I reached Pune by 12:45 AM. Thanks to Jayant and Mahesh sir at SLs, helped me to get salary slips.

And most interesting thing is .....Tell me apart from going to toilet and brushing teeth what other things you did FIRST in the morning. The moment I reached Pune, I went to saloon for haircut and beard trimming[I didn't want to appear in my special AVATAR before Robert Bosch people]. Then rushed to flat, took whatever come handy, packed the bags and rushed to Lohegaon airport.reached airport by 3:00 PM. Spicejet flight was scheduled at 4:00 PM. Theres a weird rule of single hand baggage[I was having laptop and sack]. Somehow managed to convince security and Again disaster stuck when security personnels identified scissor, swiss knife, nail cutter, big pencil cutter all in my hand baggage[ good enough to hijack a Boeing 737 ]. While packing bags hurriedly put these items in my hand baggage. They canceled my boarding pass, I went back to spicejet attendants, they told that luggage is already sent and cant call back... finally they put all items into "security related check" items envelop, gave new boarding pass. Finally got in the plane and reached Bangalore by 5:40 PM. Vasant received at airport and then came to our flat near Silk Board. At night tried for wireless internet connection... and my goodness got one absolutely free. Checked mails for interview next day.

09-Mar-07: Went to Robert Bosch, opposite Forum, Koramangala office. there they took 1 technical[one interviewer], 1technical+HR[2 persons... project managers]. After these rounds they gave me offer letter to join. I have already told them that I am going to join PCS from Monday. This might be the cause why they wanted me to join from today. While coming back to flat brought the " 7/G Rainbow Colony " tamil movie DVD. Watched my favorite song "Kan peasum ..." from the movie. This movie has gr8 songs.

10-Mar-07: Today... writting this blog early in the morning 7:00AM

Spartan Spirit

It's pride working at Spartan Labs, Pune. The place with specialist's in Embedded Domain. It's a tough decision to leave organization like SLs, but I had to move on to achieve my targets.

Got very good company [ DUS team ] at SLs. I can't [never] forget all the treks and outing and various parties. Hope to see you all whenever I will be at Pune.

Ninaithu Ninaithu paarthen

It's all same for you, me and for everyone on this planet. It know no boundaries, It just comes to you, touches you and you become real gold. Its the gold that can understand a gold. Its the gold that can feel and sense the gold ...everywhere. The gold are the blessed ones rare but they are there... They me be at the bottom of mines undetected, untouched, unrevealed ... but the goodwill they posses helps all to grow. The gold itself is selfless. Its waiting for the one who will come and adore it. It's waiting forever...

Once in a lifetime
You'll meet that special someone
Who brings out the best in you
Who becomes the meaning of your life

You eat, breathe, talk
Sing, dance, laugh
Dream, smile and live
All because of her

Your very life and existence
Your reason for being here
Becomes clear
That is when you know
That she is the one for you

And without her
Days are just but days
And life is but a word

So when you find that very one
Hold her close
And never let her go
You'll find yourself living
Dancing in the colours of the rainbow

Preparing myself to be a part of crowd. Donno what will happen !!!

Yes it's indeed a big decision. It's becoming very hard day by day (as I am approaching my relieving date-28feb) for me to come out of SLs. Technology, money, brand name.... I am mingling on these priorities.

Feeling like lost into this wast world. Its a rare combination or I will have to wait till right opportunity opens door for me. But do I have that much patience? I think not. I will have to join somewhere before April. But I will try my best to get the best.

A sad Hat trick ...

At this time, heartily I wasn't ready for this opportunity which happened just after my resignation. In fact I never wanted to go for it. What to do when you get caught tightly into emotions and practicality. Then only way out is to do what any human being is supposed to do. Even I did the same as anyone would have done. But still I am not prepared to leave my present organization :( . After resignation I got PSPL pune, GTSS Inc. New Jersey USA & PCS bangalore offer. I have decided to move on to Nagpur or Banglore ... most probably I will join PCS, cause they offered work in embedded domain. My first priority is choosing a product based company. Lets see... I have 20 more days.

Another encounter with life... Another unusual decision

psycho are always psychos. They never learn, they never adapt, they can never be stopped, they never wait, they never even care about themselves ...therefore they are psychos. This specific psycho has problem of resigning from job at hand without getting any other offer in hand.

Decisions make a life, neither potential nor qualities.

If a Star come down to earth, the only wish I would make is to restore my qualities.

Kadaklakshmi - An inhuman tradition in Maharashtra

I hate that continuous sound of drum. It sends chill through my spine whenever I hear it. This is known as Kadaklakshmi, a tradition in Maharashtra. A man and a women strolls around the city begging in the name of god/goddesses [may be Kadaklakshmi is a goddess]. The women beats a kind of drum and the man, who is half naked whips his bare back. This is a inhuman tradition in Maharashtra. The man whips himself in the name of god, so hard that at times I have seen blood coming out of his back and forearm with those violent blows from that huge whip.

The sound of that drum is a peculiar one. I can identify it from a thousand sounds, it bugs my brain. I feel like thousand honeybees making that buzz sound hovering around my brain assuming my brain lobe as there beehive.

Who will STOP this tradition???

At Chennai Airport, Enjoying BSNL WiFi Connectivity... Flight at 5:30 AM.

This Chennai tour was not less than a dream, The day when I was arriving Chennai, Soni appeared Satyam Off Campus second round of GD and interview, and by the time I reached Chennai She was over with the interview and was confident that she will get through it. She Came directly to the guest house where I was staying with her friend Ashwin, her DESD classmate. He is very nice, talkative and friendly. The results were displayed late night on Satyam Web site and I found her name in selected candidates list. There were total 5600 candidates out of which only 154 managed to get through. The next day on 10th-Dec-2006 We went to the same college VEL Engineering College in VEL TECH city, Avadi. It took entire day to travel to Avadi and to get back to Chennai. Then in the evening we mate PaneerSelvam, he is the same guy who helped Soni to reach Avadi for Satyam Online test. We had dinner together. He is same like Ashwin, nice and friendly.

Today we went to VGP Golden Beach Resort, its on Way to Mahabalipuram. The VGP Resort is excellent, simply marvelous place. It's full of fun, and one needs entire day to freak out there. Lots of Joy rides, Deer park, rose garden, go carting, fort, And the most amazing thing is beach.

The rolercoater ride was really an experience. Today Ashwin got placed in LGSoft at Campus in C-DAC Chennai Centre. So the entire group Soni, Ashwin, Sweta, Shruti, Maheshwari were in happy mood. We all gathered in the evening to have dinner together. All were really amazing friends.

As Soni got placed at Satyam, and soon she will be receiving her offer letter, so she told me to take back the laptop. And Now I am sitting at Chennai airport writting this blog and chatting with Bals. The technology advances and Internet are really boon. Last time I remember I was at Chennai central waiting for Mumbai Mail and
chatting with Karthik from a netcafe at cennai central. It's only because of net you are connected all the time with friends.
