clouds, rain and the soul

yesterday was again a day of rain both inside and outside.
There are very few days when clouds gather both in and out and starts pouring and on such a day feels like there exists a soul of world which listens to you. Is there any soul of world which listens to prayers or is it just a imagination of a writer. whatever it may be but one thing is for sure that when you believe in a power it helps you stand amidst situations, even hardships. But when you do not believe in any power...That's the real courage...you are alone
amidst a desert. Alone fighting the sand trying to bury you, the heat trying to burn you, the wind trying to penetrate you. only you can help yourself. The pain of a atheist is that he knows there exists nothing but still he wants to believe in somehing and he doesn't find anything because he has lost faith. How can he believe in things which he knows that they do not exist. Have you ever lived a moment as god. then only you can know what a atheist suffers from. This is not hypocrisy or exaggeration..This is a challenge. Have you ever tried to put yourself in place of god. You all say your god dwells everywhere then why not inside you. If you are a part of him you should know his pains. But there lies a distinction what we have made to ease our lives...we are a part of that power but still we are different from him we count ourselves in mortals.and carefuly part ourself from all worries what god might have suffered. I am not trying to be god here;I just want you to think rationally. But I love those who have who have faith in something, they are superior to all atheisths because They are doing exactly what they are supposed to do.

Finally i brought a machine

One wish has found it's way, this weekend i brought a brand new hp - compaq presario V2623TS laptop. It was there on my wishlist from so many days. so to celebrate the 2nd year at Pune (we came here on 7 th June 2004) i fullfilled my wish. It's a gud machine 1.5GHz celeron, 512 DDR RAM (i upgraded from 216 ), 60 GB HDD, DVD R/W, 14'' TFT, Touchpad with scrollpad, 6 in 1 media rader, 6 cell Li ion battery, Altec Lancing speakers, wireless LAN, 3 USB , 1 expansion, TV out, 1 PCMCIA & few more ports... and all this for only Rs 37000. It was a good deal . I took it from DCC, pune. Only thing is I took it DOS preloaded (no fancy XP or; no not so fancy Linux). So no driver CD's included. I installed both XP and Linux on it later. But I visited DCC again to get the video, audio and other drivers. On Linux the audio driver is not present with RHL 9.0 distribution. The display is not that excellent; but nothing to worry about it. The sleek looks and the stylish design takes over this flaw. Its very compact and all ports and DVD drive are placed properly. Great ergonomics....

overall I rate my compaq presario V2623TS -----> 8/10 . Its a very good machine in its class.

Being Positive...

Being so much positive doesnt always helps...One should be optimistic to see life, but being always positive; one will loose the essense of life. Nothing weird here....Be negative and fight back; sometimes to really live out that moment. There was times when men of words accesed there vocal facilities. Desperate situations needs desperate measures and being positive doesn't always helps in such situations. I am tired of being positive. Being always positive is like accepting any good or bad, thinking that it was you who can make something postive out of it. but wait if you think negative at moments; you will stop and analyze, you will rollback to arrange the things properly...but being always positive you cant rollback...cause its against possitivity..you keep pushing the things and end up messing all of them.

DUS Team

The Team Spartan(DUS Team)...
(We were sitting on the biggest cannon located on Zanzira fort. Its known
as "KalalBangdi" which depicts the sound of bangles. It was known that
when a shell is fired the rings attached to this cannon use to sound like
that)

We went to Zanzira fort which is 3km inside sea. It was a adventurous tour as we went there on bikes at the time of midnight. First we went to "Dive Aagar" from there "Zanzira" is about 35 km.
