The horror stories of the past are haunting me again, after having gone through serial mental torture last time, I'm bit afraid of applying for reissue of passport for me and my wife.
Hope this time it will not be that horrific. Many colleagues have told that the new process is smooth.
Hoping for the best.
It's 10 years.... time has flown by very fast and time has come to re-issue too.
